These Terms of Service of Hindsight Unlimited LLC, dba MessageMill, are an agreement between you ("user") and MessageMill. These Terms of Service govern how you access and use MessageMill. Please read them carefully and understand what you are agreeing to before creating an account or using MessageMill.

MessageMill (also referred herein as "the service") is a web application that helps users write and send physical notes.

Using MessageMill indicates you agree to these Terms of Service.

User Accounts and Access

Anyone can create an account for free. Anyone with an account can access MessageMill at any time, with the exception of maintenance windows which will be clearly communicated when possible.

Content and Usage

All content created by MessageMill may be used by MessageMill for promotional purposes, with the exception of private and confidential information such as names and addresses, which will be redacted or changed.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is very important to MessageMill.

You can download and delete your data at any time.

If you choose to delete your account, all related data will also be permanently deleted.

Payments and Refunds

Once a message has been approved and ordered it cannot be recalled or refunded.

Liability and Disclaimers

MessageMill is not responsible for any content once approved by users. Users serve as the "human in the loop" and are responsible for editing, proofreading and approving their content.

Content created through the use of artificial intelligence is known to occassionally "hallucinate," meaning that results may not be accurate or contain inappropriate material. MessageMill takes proactive measures to prevent any harmful or offensive content.

Termination/Suspension

Accounts that abuse MessageMill may be terminated or suspended without notice. These actions will only be taken when egregious abuse occurs, such as content including but not limited to hate speech, illegal activities, or spam.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Hindsight Unlimited LLC, dba MessageMill, is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of New York. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service will be resolved in the state of New York and county of Suffolk.
